Abstract | The lack of methodology and the control and prevention model developed on its basis requires scientific thinking and substantiation of the substance and components of the control system that can ensure the social and psychological security of the subjects of education. The study aimed at scientific groundwork for conceptual propositions to control negative influences and develop a model for monitoring and preventive activities in educational organizations. The methods of the study included theoretical analysis, the analysis of documents, scientific modeling allowing for designing a descriptive model of the control and prevention system. The author defined methodological approaches (a subject-, activity-, and systembased ones), factors, substantive characteristics of methodical, staffing, and organizational provisions, levels, goals, and the result indicators of this control and prevention of negative effects system. The author also outlined functions of the system: to support high profile of preventive activities; to optimize the resources of an organization; to neutralize factors generating threats to organizational security; to harmonize communication, and socio-psychological regulation. The academic novelty of the study resides in determining the conceptual foundations of the control and preventive system to hamper negative outside effects. The author interpreted these foundations as a totality of interrelated actions of the subject to assess the results of preventive measures at a given period based on actions’ specificity depending on the socio-psychological climate of an organization and problems of the subjects of education. |
